On Saturday June 25th another young life was taken from us. Ashlyn Malotte was killed while driving on highway P in O'fallon. She crashed her car on what is called dead mans curve. Several people loose control of this area. Ryinne, my 15 year old daughter didn't know Ashlyn.. But in honor of her and all the people who crash or who have died she had created a Facebook page Crusaders against crashes. She is going to try to make highway p safer. 15 years ago i petitioned and got highway p widened for the 2.25 miles from main street to hoff road. Now 15 years later she is on a crusade to make highway p safer.. Im proud of you ryinne..

FZN Soccer - 2011
As mentioned in my first post.. I have been having a lot of fun on Shutterfly. This time I had Ryinne in mind. This is my latest creation. Ryinne was feeling a little left out because I have made a wedding book, a FZN marching band book, the VBS book for Lauryn.. She was craving a book for her freshman year in soccer at Fort Zumwalt. Of course I was not lacking photos for this event as soccer and marching band are two of my favorite things to photograph.!
VBS Power team 2011
Calvary Church in St Peters, Mo always puts on a great VBS. They have tons of staff and volunteers running the show as well as 2 volunteers that teach and organize a POWER TEAM. The power teams job is to dance and get the kids pumped up in the morning before each day begins. Lauryn was selected to be part of the power team this year. Its a lot of hard work and dedication from all of the kids involved as well as the 2 wonderful leaders.. Jen Milliken and Heather Luitjohan. Thanks for your dedication to these kids! Well, I put together a book for Lauryn to be able to have these memories right at her fingertips.. instead of just having them archived on my portable harddrive for ever and ever.

Terri & Greg
After several years of taking photos and archiving them on a portable hard drive.. I have taken to the new features and endless possibilities of Shutterfly. I was asked to photograph my sister in laws wedding back in September 2010 and I enjoyed every minute of it. Between running back and forth from the wedding to my oldest daughters last marching competition in Lafayette ( which by the way is where they beat LINDBERG ). This wedding was none like I have ever shot before.. Motorcycles. Minister in leather chaps. Honestly a beautiful wedding. I wanted to give her a gift that would put the photos on display for her instead of just in a book.. BORING! Now that Shutterfly has all of these new features, I put this book together for her. I thought it displayed the wedding very well from beginning to end..and.. when I presented it to her.. she was just in shock. I love you Terri & Greg. I hope you have a wonderful life together~!
